Player 1 can only play as Luigi
The map is generally the same as in New Super Mario Bros. U
Starting the first level. Each level contains a (often hidden) image of Luigi
Hit a special block and change the physics from Luigi's (longer jumps, strong momentum) to Mario's. Only available once you beat the game
Level themes are all the same as in New Super Mario Bros. U, but the level layouts are totally different
Another change is that all levels are short. You are given only 100 seconds to beat a level
The hazards are cruel
And the enemies seem to be more aggressive
Player 2 can play as Nabbit
Nabbit is invulnerable to anything but instant death hazards and pits
Finished one of harder levels
