Microsoft announced the acquisition of ZeniMax Media, including their subsidiaries: ZeniMax Online Studios, MachineGames, Bethesda Game Studios, Bethesda Softworks, id Software, Arkane Studios Lyon and Austin, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios. These studios would operate under the Xbox Game Studios label.
