Heavenly Guardian

Original Idea

The game was originally going to be a Pocky and Rocky sequel, but Starfish-SD lost the Pocky and Rocky license due to Square Enix buying Taito. The game was originally going to be a PlayStation 2 exclusive game, then a Wii exclusive game, and then was eventually reworked entirely due to the loss of the license. Instead of being a direct sequel, the game was changed into a spiritual successor to the Pocky and Rocky series. To make the game a different game, the graphics and the theme of the game were completely redone.
