Todd M. Fay is an entrepreneur, author, producer, and leader in the entertainment industry.

He is Founder and President of Athem Entertainment, the definitive creative services agency for progressive brand and production solutions. Fay has worked with influential entertainment, media and consumer technology companies such as CMP Media, Creative Labs ATC, Red Storm Entertainment, Ubisoft Entertainment, Vivendi Universal, 1C Company, and Clear Channel's Video Games Live concert tour.

Prior to founding Athem Entertainment, Fay served as Director of Development for the Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.) an interactive entertainment industry non-profit organization. He facilitated strategic relationships between sponsors, members and the various advisors, driving growth and while observing the organization's mission to promote excellence in interactive audio. He simultaneous served as G.A.N.G's general manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing the organization's online town hall as well as the company's staff.

Todd oversaw the development of the shows "Filter" and "Cheat!: Pringle's Gamer's Guide" for G4TV, the Comcast-owned 24-hour videogame television network. As a member of G4 Media's Program Development team, Todd owned key relationships between the network and interactive entertainment companies Atari, Ubisoft, and Tecmo, as well as hardware manufacturers nVidia, ATI, and Logitech.

His work as a journalist has appeared in Game Developer Magazine, Gamasutra, and Music4Games.net. His book, "DirectX 9 Audio Exposed: Interactive Audio Development" (October 2003, Wordware) was awarded the 2003 G.A.N.G. Award for "Best Game Audio Article, Publication or Broadcast."

Todd is Executive Producer of music collaborative, ‘Draco Way.' Rock, electronic and hip-hop styles converge with layers of orchestral and world instruments through Draco Way. The project's first album, entitled Balance in All Things, is currently in pre-production.

Todd has been a featured speaker for Los Angeles Music Productions, the International Game Developer's Association (IGDA), the Art Institute of California, the University of Colorado, the Game Developer's Conference (GDC), and the Xtreme Game Developers Xpo (XGDX).

Todd Michael Fay is an active member of the entertainment industry community. He was selected to present the ‘Community Contribution' award at the prestigious Game Developer Choice Awards in 2005. Todd volunteered to mentor International Game Developer Association scholarship recipients at GDC 2005, initiating and guiding promising newcomers to the interactive entertainment industry. Todd judged for the 2003 Independent Games Festival and the 2003 Game Developer Spotlight Awards. In 2002, Todd was recognized for his volunteer work by the Game Audio Network Guild with 2002 G.A.N.G. Distinguished Service Award.

In 2000, he was awarded the coveted Mix Foundation TEC Scholarship for his research in audio for interactive entertainment. In 2001 he was the IGDA Scholarship by the organization of the same name. Todd holds a Bachelors of Music from the University of Massachusetts Lowell's award winning Sound Recording Technology Department.
