A graduate of the ESSEC business school in France, Alexis left his first position at Accenture to join Ubisoft as a project manager for educational music products (the Guitar Hits and Piano Hits series), where he and his team succeeded in creating original games for a specific audience. After a 6-month break discovering the African continent, he came back to Montreuil to handle the development of the game Dinosaur, and succeeded in releasing it on 2 platforms within 10 months. Then, after a few months managing the Annecy studio, Alexis became director of the Third Party department, dealing with the games published by Ubisoft that are developed by external studios.

Since May 2003, Alexis is the Managing Director of the Casablanca studio in Morocco.
