Aaran started his career recruiting in the energy industry in Houston, Texas. One day he happened across a posting for a video game studio in Sugar Land, Texas. That studio was TimeGate Studios. After TimeGate ceased to exist Aaran thought his life was over. There are no other studios in the Houston area. Now he would have to get a "real" job again. He saw a posting on LinkedIn for a Recruiter opening at Crystal Dynamics and the rest is history!
