Kan Naitō (内藤寬) is the founder and director of developer Climax Entertainment. He started at Chunsoft as a programmer, working on Dragon Warrior III and IV. Along with artist Hiroyuki Takahashi, he left Chunsoft in 1990 to establish Climax. He still runs the company today.
