Project research lead on over 15 shipped games, as well as part of the launch team for four entertainment platforms (Xbox, Xbox LIVE, Xbox 360, and Kinect). Experienced in managing large research teams and experienced in international talks and lectures.

Currently specializing in applied human factors, user research methods in the software entertainment field, gesture-based interactions, leading large teams (40+), and management.
