Bruce is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Babel Media, the world’s leading games quality assurance, localization and audio company, Babel currently provides end-to-end QA, localization and audio in more than 60 languages and has offices in Brighton (UK), New Delhi and Montreal.
Bruce joined the games industry in 2009 and is leveraging his past experience in the high tech and aerospace domains implementing agile development, software metrics and test automation programs to the games industry. Prior to joining Babel Media, Bruce worked for more than 20 years in various testing and software engineering management roles at IBM Rational and CAE, a world leader in providing simulation and modelling technologies for the civil aviation industry and defence forces around the globe. Bruce has been active in software standards development communities having contributed to various U.S DOD standards as well as presenting papers at various Software Engineering conferences during the 2000's.
