Shu Xin Yu is the Managing Director of Ubisoft Chengdu as of 2023, overseeing a Ubisoft studio of more than 450 talents in China.

Shu Xin Yu joined Ubisoft Chengdu in 2008, spent his first year in Quality Control and the following years in Project Management. He is devoted to creating immersive and engaging games such as AAA titles like Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Skull & Bones, as well as casual titles like SCRABBLE and UNO. Over the years, he has worked on more than 10 games where he developed solid leadership skills and extensive knowledge of game production. In the summer of 2021, after being a Producer for about 6 years, he was appointed as the Studio Manager of Ubisoft Chengdu, where he opened a new chapter of his career with all the knowledge and experience he learned in the past.
