Raj Thadani started his career as a Project Manager / Team Lead for Studio FX, New Delhi, in 2003 managing the development of the Film "Legend of Buddha - A Digital Story" heading a team of 15 Artists.

He then went on to head the creative division at Pixel Galaxy Studio (a Canadian venture) in 2004 creating Animation and FX for the Advertising Industry and Broadcast Media for both Indian and Canadian Markets.

His career in gaming started when he played an instrumental role in setting up the Gaming & Animation Division at the Jagran Institute of Management and Mass Communication JIMMC, Noida (an education venture of the Dainik Jagran Group) in collaboration with the College of Interactive Arts, Vancouver, Canada as a consultant, and in June 2005 he went on to head their Gaming & Animation Division full-time.

Next, he joined as a Producer with Gameloft Softwares Pvt. Ltd. in April 2007 creating mobile game titles like 'Des Chiffres et des Lettres' 'Um Contra Tudos' 'Humor Amarillo' etc.

Raj worked as a Producer at Aurona Technologies, Hyderabad, India, creating games for PC and PS2 before joining GameShastra Solutions as a Producer.
