Erling Ellingsen joined Funcom as a Product Manager in 2006. In early 2009 he took on the role as Director of Communications at Funcom. Ellingsen worked as a newspaper journalist for several years before joining Funcom, covering areas such as general news, gaming and technology.

Ellingsen work primarily with communication, positioning, marketing and media strategies for all Funcom games including Age of Conan, The Secret World and Anarchy Online.
