Coming from a background in web-development and Mod-Making, Noel joined Sierra/WON.net in 1999. There he worked on the WONSwap system, CD-Key authentication, and performed IT/Ops work for numerous multiplayer gaming servers including Half-Life, Homeworld, Ground Control, and many others.
After the great Sierra collapse of 2001/2002 (google "Vivendi accounting scandal"), he migrated around the USA working in a variety of IT & web-development roles. This included a brief stint in the world of miniatures gaming, at WizKids. Since 2005 Noel has worked as the head of IT for The Pokémon Company International in beautiful Seattle, WA.
