Forged in historical wargaming as a youth, hipped to RPGs in adolescence, an devourer of computer and video games from college onward, and even dragged into CCGs as a wayward adult, Douglas Sun has been a gamer of various sorts for nigh unto thirty years.
He left a tenure-track job teaching English at California State University Los Angeles in to follow the dictates of his heart and soul, and wound up contributing to Legacy Software's Emergency Room series of PC games as a writer and Assistant Producer in the late 1990's.
He has also been a professional tabletop RPG writer, designer and developer since then, contributing to AEG's d20 Topics line and Decipher's Star Trek and Lord of the Rings RPGs.
He is presently line developer for Legend of the Five Rings Roleplaying Game, and digging it in a big way.
