Nate Wells is an art director at Naughty Dog since autumn 2012. He announced his new position in August 2012. Previously he held the same position at Irrational Games, also when it was still called 2K Boston. He has many years of industry experience including work on such titles as Bioshock, Thief: The Dark Project, Thief II: The Metal Age, System Shock 2, and SWAT 4. Prior to joining 2K Boston he worked for the company when it was still called Irrational Games as a senior artist and for Looking Glass Studios as a 2D/3D artist.
