Russell Forman is a voice over actor from Aberdeen, Scotland.
His voice features on the Grand Theft Auto series as the character "Percy" from Lovefist and then as various, smaller role characters in GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City. He reappears as Percy shooting a new rock video in Laszlow's radio show "Integrity 2.0" in Grand Theft Auto 4.
He has recently recorded the voice of another character for Rockstar Games, is currently under contract and unavailable for comment on this character.
