After leaving the University of California at Berkeley in 1992, Todd helped establish The Logic Factory, Inc. as a developer and publisher of entertainment software. Todd was responsible for negotiating the company's distribution agreements with Broderbund Software for the United States; with Virgin Interactive Entertainment in the United States and Europe, excluding Germany; and with Softgold in Germany. He also handled negotiations elsewhere in the world with Samsung for the Korean territory, and Gamebank, a subsidiary of Microsoft and Softbank, for Japan.
Todd has helped coordinate and control all aspects of product publishing, including marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, manufacturing, and distribution.
