Texas Hold'em: High Stakes Poker
Description official description
Texas Hold'em: High Stakes Poker is a first person game where you play against 1 to 5 opponents chosen at random. Five classic poker games are included: No Limit Texas Hold ’Em, 7 Card Stud, 5 Card Draw, Omaha Express, and Razz. The opponents behave differently according to the amount of your bet and the moment of the game you place it. The graphics are prerendered 3d, including characters wearing contemporary clothes and some with cowboy style. A voiceover describes the game actions and country style music fills the background.

Entertaining enough but too many exploits
The Good
A quick and uncomplicated Poker game with varied A.I. personalities that 'generally' play sensibly enough. A good diversion that beats something like Microsoft Hearts.
The Bad
The A.I. is too easy to exploit, especially when it comes to 'All In' calls where half the table will follow you in, even if they have no hand of note themselves. If you've got the Nuts, then you can knock out half the competition too quickly.
Questionable 'randomness' with some of the River and Turn cards. 'Heads up' play seems to attract unusually good hole cards ... (are my two Jacks going to beat his Big Slick???).
Fairly elementary graphics and no character animation. Awful audio that should permanently be set on silent.
A.I. can be a bit predictable ... "Hmmm ... two Aces ... raise 3xBlinds". Everyone folds.
Long-ish waits between hands if human player folds.
The Bottom Line
Getting 'pretty long in the tooth', and fairly easy to exploit, but with that said a reasonably fun diversion. The human player should win at least half the time thanks to 'All In flaw'.
