Description
The Windows and Xbox One versions of Velocity 2X published by Sierra were released almost a year after the original PlayStation versions. They have the same content as the PlayStation versions, including additional content introduced through patches such as the Daily Sprint Pack, but also include the two commercial DLC items by default. This content and changes also applies to the 2018 Nintendo Switch version. This version, the first release for all three platforms, contains:
- Velocity 2X (base game)
- Velocity 2X: Critical Urgency (DLC)
- Velocity 2X: Dual Core (DLC)

Trivia
Windows version
Immediately following the release of the Windows version in August 2015 users reported that the game would crash on level 9 and all subsequent levels, including the DLC levels. This problem was acknowledged by the developers as a crash exclusive to the Windows 10 OS in combination with NVIDIA GTX graphics cards. As of February 2016 the issue is still not fixed as the development team requires the intervention of NVIDIA to fix the issue on their side.
