Description
Canfield is a single person, shareware, mouse controlled implementation of Canfield Solitaire. This implementation has five difficulty settings, undo, cheat function and autoplay functions, and the game keeps statistics.
The game is played with a standard deck of fifty-two cards. In this game the player starts by turning over a card, it can be any card but for the sake of explaining the game assume it is the five of clubs. That card forms one of the foundations and the player must build four foundations, one for each suit, starting with the five in an ascending sequence through queen, king, ace and then ‘wrapping around to the two, three and four. While they are doing this they will encounter other cards that they can play onto four holding stacks, cards are placed here in descending sequence red on black/black on red.
