Boso View Express

aka: BVE
Moby ID: 4207

Description

A freeware, cab-view only train simulator originally designed in Japan and since translated into English by enthusiasts across the globe.

Looking out through the viewport of a train cab, you must drive your train trough a route, making your scedule and obeying the rules of the rails.

The game runs at 640x480 and can be controlled via keyboard, joystick, or a Japanese controller that resembles a train's actual controls. Initially designed only around Japanese commuter routes, others have added everything from the New York City subway to slow freight treks in places from Australia to Germany.

The game is free for download from either the 'company's' site, or from an English affiliate.
