Description official description

Subarashiki Hibi ~Furenzoku Sonzai~ (which translates to Wonderful Everyday: Discontinuous Existence, released under the title Wonderful Everyday: Diskontinuierliches Dasein in the West), is an adult mystery visual novel and a remake of/spiritual successor to KeroQ's previous game Tsui no Sora, which contains some of the same characters and themes but is set in a different continuity. Like its predecessor, Wonderful Everyday contains scenes with explicit sexual content.

The game focuses on the lives of a group of students in the Suginomiya neighborhood of Tokyo as they grapple with a prophecy which affects their lives in ways that none of them fully understands. This story begins on July 12, 2012, when Yuki Minakami, passing by an apartment complex, suddenly notices a doll falling from the roof. Upon climbing to the roof to return the doll to its owner, Yuki meets Zakuro Takashima, a girl from her school who laments that, through her actions, she has now drawn Yuki into a terrible fate. This mystery is one of many that appears and is resolved over the course of the game's seven chapters. After the first two chapters, each chapter is told from the perspective of a different character as they grapple with the events that lead up to the prophesied end of the world on July 20th.

The gameplay of this visual novel consists of reading the text on-screen which delivers the story, dialogue, and the protagonist's inner thoughts, while periodically making choices which determine how that branch of the story develops. The player must uncover all branches of a given chapter before being able to proceed to the next one. The game features voice acting for most of the female characters and one of the male protagonists (Takuji Mamiya), but no other male characters.

The Steam version of the game only includes the first chapter, Down the Rabbit-Hole, with no adult content. The game's publisher in the West, Frontwing USA, released a free patch to accompany this release via JAST USA which adds the rest of the chapters and converts it into a fully uncensored, English-localized version of the game. A complete version of the English localization of Wonderful Everyday: Diskontinuierliches Dasein was released later via JAST USA.
