This is a virtual reality fitness aid game starring Showko from the Super Real Mahjong series, who is rendered in full 3D. Four exercises are featured: sit-ups, push-ups, back extensions and squats, with several levels available for each: easy (10 repetitions), normal (30 repetitions) or hard (50 repetitions). The game is intended to be used with a VR headset, so motion is required, though a headset is not required and VR mode can be turned off. Showko's outfit can be changed between trainingwear, school uniform and swimwear.
