Game & Watch Multi Screen: Oil Panic

Game & Watch Multi Screen: Oil Panic is the first game in the fourth (and biggest) series of Game & Watch games published by Nintendo, also known as the Multi Screen Series, consisting of 15 titles.

You play as character on the upper screen needing to collect and catch droplets of oil coming from a pipe on the ceiling with your bucket. When filled with three drops of oil, you'll need to rush towards the balcony to pass over the liquid to the randomly moving second character on the lower floor. One has to be careful on keeping an eye towards the second character, since missing his actions might result in covering innocent gas station customers in oil. Game A and B are practically identical, although game B ups the ante by faster movements and irregular action of the second characters and infrequent customers.
