TIS-100
Description official description
TIS-100 is a game that involves learning a new programming code as the main gameplay mechanic, played on a strange machine called the TIS-100. Coming with a PDF manual on how the basics of the machine work, it is up to the player to uncover just what purpose this machine provides. To do that, you have to program codes into up to twelve "nodes" per program. It starts off basic at first, with random numbers being fed into an input, which you then have to move into the output. Then it gets more and more complicated, with multiplication being added, differentials, comparisons, interrupts, creating images using only coding and random numbers, and many more challenges. Beneath the surface lies a "diary" of one of the previous owners of the machine. No not only do you have to discover the purpose of the machine, you have to reveal the backstory of the previous owner. It also contains a full reference manual that can be printed to use it during the game.
