Description
Virtual Physics: The Eggs of Time is an educational science adventure game for Grades 6-9 that teaches children about Physics. The player starts out as a cadet, which he or she must go through a secret room to begin their mission from the Operation Center, and travel back in time to collect Physics Facts by finishing twenty activities focusing on motion, machines, thermodynamics, and forces, all by using the Self-Event Programmed Computer (SPEC).
Educational Topics include: Motion, Acceleration, Distance, Forces, Planes, Levers and Pulleys, Weights, Wheels and Axles, Heat, Gases, and Matter.

Excellent Physics Educational game for Middle-schoolers.
The Good
When I first got the game from the thrift store last summer (I think it is a Demo version), I was fully blown away by those 3D graphics when I first put the CD in my iMac G3.
On top of that, There is live-action video footage of Dr. Eggs and Ham, and also virtual reality in perfectly good QuickTime VR. Need I say more? It teaches all about physics to middle school aged children, between 10 to 15 to be exact.
At the time of writing, I had never heard of such thrills when I got the game, but now I have!
The Bad
Some of the voices need improving in terms of quality. Especially the narration for the physics tutorials.
The Bottom Line
I've had luck finding a good middle school aged educational game on science on the topic of Physics.
I would also like to add, that when you save your game, it saves it as a text document which can only be read in this game to restore your progress.
I definitely recommend it to middle schoolers looking for a great educational game about Physics for the classroom and even for homeschool use.
