G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero
- G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (1985 on Commodore 64, Apple II)
- G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (1991 on NES)
Description
G.I. Joe - A Real American Hero is a pseudo-3D third person shooter game, similar to the Rambo III arcade game (or Space Harrier, but only on foot) based on the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toy line and animated cartoon. The evil Cobra organization is using mass terrorism to achieve their goal of world domination and it’s up to you to stop them.
The player can control one of four characters: Duke, Snake Eyes, Scarlett, and Roadblock. Gameplay is fast paced and simple. The selected character runs straightforward, avoids obstacles and shoots all enemies on screen. The player can move only left and right, but can also control a gun sight. Up to four players can play.
