Description
Memory is an implementation of the board game of the same name. 56 cards are placed randomly in a rectangular grid of the size 7x8 on the board. Each symbol is included in the cards twice. The goal is to find as many pairs of symbols as possible. Each turn, a player is allowed to turn two symbols, and if they do not match, turn them face down again. If the opened cards a a pair of the same symbol, the player is rewarded a point and is allowed to turn another two cards.
The game can only be played as single player against a computer opponent. The strength of the AI can be set from 1 up to 9 and can be altered during the game. There is one set of cards. The game is in German language and only running on the monochrome high-res monitor. The game is written in GFA Basic and the source code is included (version 1.2).
