Average score: 4.0 out of 5 (based on 47 ratings with 1 reviews)
It's a fitting, if falling somewhat short, conclusion to the Arkham Saga.
The Good
Batman's back and he's angrier, meaner and harder than ever. Everyone in Gotham, his entire rouge-gallery, is out to finally kill The Dark Knight once and for all.
The graphics are technically flawless and the combat is just as responsive as it was in Arkham City, carrying the seamless open-world nature, even if the controls are significantly altered in the PS4 port.
The Bad
The tank sections with the Bat-Mobile are cumbersome and tedious when you're not used to the controls; and even then it's not something you can get right back into after ceasing to play it for over a year. Besides that the control scheme is fine, but for such a crucial aspect of the game REQUIRED to progress and complete the side-stories/missions is not the best thing to have here.
The Bottom Line
It's a multi-million dollar Hollywood blockbuster on a console, concluding a multi-game arc and celebrating Batman as an idea and renewed gaming icon.
