Questo gioco dà la possibilità a tutti i giocatori del mondo di gestire la simulazione di un ospedale. Il giocatore è l'amministratore di un piccolo ospedale di provincia che potrà decidere la locazione del proprio ospedale ed iniziare a costruirlo. L'obiettivo finale del gioco è quello di guadagnare soldi ma non ti far tentare dal prendere scorciatoie: se opterai di assumere solo persone inesperte, esse potranno commettere errori fatali ed in questo caso ti accorgerai cha la sala d'aspetto sarà vuota.
