Description official description
In Rescue Pilot you're steering a horizontal-scrolling rescue helicopter to gather casualties and return them to safety. There are several mission types like casualty rescue, fire fighting and water rescue which need to be accomplished against the clock. The aircraft can be controlled either by tilting the phone or by the direction of touch. The game itself is free-to-play, but you can buy in-app-upgrades e.g. for an improved military helicopter.
