The main menu. The initial build is 42203 which shows service pack two is included in this release. Service pack four, the last pack for this release, takes the build number to 49933.

The Content Manager. The search window has been used to select items by author. Several items have been dragged into the download window while others have been added to the pick list for later.

Starting TRAINZ brings up this menu. The green tick in the Tutorials menu indicates that one lesson has been completed. Service Pack four installed.

Content Updates. The game checks for updates that have been added to the database since the main asset was loaded and gives the player the option to download and install.

Driving a loco in the second tutorial. This is teaching the simple DCC controls and the camera controls, hence the control panels on the right of the screen.

The Routes menu. The number on each line shows the number of established driver sessions for that route.

The Rail Yard. Here the player can inspect all their rolling stock, view it, see detailed information about it and mark it as a favourite item
