In the game, the titular protagonist, developer of Scratches, is stuck at a hotel room while waiting for his friends to arrive. His only companion is a bottle containing an unknown but supposedly alcoholic drink and while he is waiting, he sinks deeper and deeper into boredom until, suddenly, things start to happen.
