Metris

Metris is a clone of Tetris, the classic arcade falling block game. As opposed to other Tetris versions, Metris has a choice of three game mode possibilities.

The first is called Classic. Classic mode is very similar to the original Tetris game.

The second one, New Art, offers new types of tokens. Like for instance there are glass tokens. If you stack them, only fragments of them will survive. Then there are colored tokens in New Art. Those change their color to the color of the token they first meet. Also, there are now bombs available. You can use them, to blow away a certain area of the playfield.

The third game mode is very similar to the principle of "7 Colors" and you are able to remove 3 or more tokens of the same color in one turn. Additionally, the extra tokens from New Art are included, too.
