Biing! Sex, Intrigue and Scalpels
Description official descriptions
Biing!: Sex, Intrigue and Scalpels is an erotic hospital-management simulation. You must build a hospital, starting from buying a building for it, then hiring doctors, nurses and receptionists. The game contains typical management simulation elements, albeit with a humorous twist: the doctors are idiots who don't really care for their patients, and the nurses have huge breasts and even do a little striptease from time to time.

Trivia
Credits
The credits in the German manual list all developers with fake "Doctor" or "Professor" titles (as if they were medical doctors).
Intro
The game features an intro sequence containing space ships and other weird stuff - at least nothing related to the game.
According to the main programmer they originally wanted to do a totally different game, but they lacked ideas, so when they started Biing! and needed an intro sequence, they those this weird one because "it was so good".
Manual
The game's manual is humorous - most of the installation guide makes fun of the user (and his "crap" system) and most of the text is very "honest" ... quotes - translated from the German manual:
"Since you'll probably NOT want to play this game off the floppy disks, you need to install it to a hard drive. If you only own a small, cheap hard drive, well... no such luck, Biing! is only for people which invest lots of money in their computer and hard drive!" [...] If you are some stupid buyer... run the install program by changing to A: or B: and then entering INSTALL [ENTER]. If you don't understand the following on-screen instructions, we recommend you continue your life in your local psychiatric clinic."
From the Amiga instructions:
"BIING! was made for fast and expensive machines. You may run it with a normal Amiga, but you better buy yourself a real computer."
(If something goes wrong with AGA screen resolution:)
"If this gives bad results, put your monitor into the trashcan and buy yourself a better one. Or, you could put this game into the trashcan and buy yourself a better one."
