Description

Long time ago, there was a small lake kingdom known as the Lake Shire kingdom, which was once protected by wise Elder Mages, and where it's people lived happily. But now, after years of prosperity, the powers of the Elder Mages have weakened and the Lake Shire has fallen under siege by the evil Thorg - the Demon King and his demonic minions from the darkness of the underworld, who are causing nothing but destruction and fear towards the Lake Shire kingdom, as they pillage, burn, and leave trails of destruction behind. Since the Elder Mages are unable to fight against Thorg and his army of demons, it is up to two siblings - a young Mage and his sister Witch to bring peace to the Lake Shire kingdom and restore order in it with the help of invincible dragon Baraba and the mystical unicorn Abarab they have summoned from the Abyss of Time. Fate of the Lake Shire is in the hands of two wizardly siblings. Will they save the Lake Shire kingdom from Thorg and his army or will they perish like the rest of the fallen heroes who have attempted to defeat Thorg - the Demon King?

ArchMage is a galaga-inspired top-down shooter game set in fantasy world and done in 2D and 3D much like Xeno Assault games, but with a twist. Instead of piloting a spaceship, airplane or helicopter like in most of shooter games, player with ride either a dragon as a mage or a unicorn as a witch. Also, instead of fighting against alien invaders or terrorists like in most of shooter games player will fight against many types of enemy monsters like Wasps, Spiders, Dragons, Gargoyles, Orcs, Cyclops, many types of Demons and Thorg, the Demon King himself. And instead of using laser guns, plasma cannons, machine guns, missiles, energy cannons and many other types of guns, player will have to use the spells that use elements of Fire, Ice, Poison and Wind. In order to use a spell against enemies, player must collect runes as well as bonuses that can help player fight enemies with ease. Collected runes from destroyed enemies can be mixed in a magical cauldron to create new spells (essentially weapons) between levels.
