IndestructoTank: A.E.

IndestructoTank A.E. is a remake of the original IndestructoTank mixed with some elements introduced in Indestruc2Tank, and overall the fourth game in the Indestructo series. Unlike about any other game, the goal is to get as hit as many times as possible by vehicles and aircraft, aiming specifically for their missiles and bouncing without touching the ground to rake up experience points.

The player controls an armoured car at the bottom of the screen that can only moved left or right. When hit by an enemy rocket, usually coming from the air, the vehicle is launched in the air. After bouncing around, blowing up the planes, and landing back on the ground, the amount of experience is calculated. These points can be spent on the five types of enemies (Bomber, Bouncer, Gunner, Homer and Miner) to get more of them on the screen, leading to higher combos.

Each bounce fills up the boom bar. When maxed out, players can press the Up Arrow key to receive an additional bounce as a last resort when there are no craft nearby. The aim of the game is to max out all types of enemy ships in the upgrade screen. Between upgrades, a limited amount of fuel is available. If the experience bar is not full before the fuel is drained, it's game over.

There is a regular mode where the player needs to level up and quick play. The co-op mode for two players is identical, except for a new hazard that is introduced: blue-tipped missiles. Upon contact, these destroy the vehicle at once. While one player builds up combos controlling the car through the keyboard, the other needs to blow up these missiles using the mouse.

The game comes with eight achievements, presented as medals, and different video quality settings.
