Traffic Giant
Description official descriptions
In this business simulation the player has to manage the whole traffic network from a little village in the beginning up to a huge metropolis in the end of the game. The player can choose from trams, trains and buses. There are also competitors, which don't make it easy to succeed. The towns are alive, as pedestrians are everywhere and cars are driving around. The engine is very powerful as it can simulate towns with up to 40.000 citizens, who know where they want to go.

To me, the game seemed unfinished
The Good
The excellent graphics stand out in this game. There is a lot of detail in the game and in the closest zoom level you can see different people actually walking around the city.
There are also a lot of vehicles available for use in the game including buses, trams and trains.
The Bad
As I said above it seems the creators have released the game unfinished. The most noticeable thing is the absence of any in game music what so ever. There are only sound effects from the vehicles in the game and other sound effects you may find in a city(car horns etc).
The interface in the game is also a little clumsy. Accessing the menus in the game was a little difficult with a lot of mouse-clicking required (the keyboard is not used at all except to enter your name at the beginning of a game)
The Bottom Line
Overall, Traffic Giant is a good traffic simulation which can be very enjoyable to play. The interface could have been a bit easier to use and the addition of in game music would have made this an almost perfect transport sim.

Trivia
The US Edition of the game added new tilesets that portray a more American city instead of the Euro-style city. Though you can choose which tileset to use.
