Pantry Antics

Pantry Antics is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.

The player controls a mouse that moves left and right on a 5-shelf pantry that scrolls and loops horizontally. The mouse can jump or fall between levels at gaps between the shelves. On the shelves are saucers and cups, and the mouse knocks the items one shelf lower if it touches them. The player has 99 time units to try to knock all items off the lowest shelf, breaking everything. After breaking everything, the player must find the cheese hidden on the level. On each level is a different animal that threatens the mouse. First, birds which fly along shelves, then frogs which jump between levels. Next comes cats and then bats. If the player beats all 4 stages, then they repeat with the enemies moving 1.5x faster. The player starts with 3 lives.
