Platform differences

• Genesis version: Left and Right controls - have only 2 keys. It has a smaller render window and lower frame-rate, and drifting slows the bike. The following features are exclusive to the Genesis version: pit-in request key, 1 player turbo mode, 1 player versus computer mode.
• SNES version: Left and Right controls - have 2 keys to light turn and 2 keys to hard turn, also combo usage supported (hard left + light left, for example). It has a bigger racing wheel and hands animations as well as smoother frame-rate compared to the Genesis version. The following is exclusive to the SNES version: Suzuka 8 hr mode.
