Trivia

Cancelled Amiga version

An Amiga version was announced that got cancelled and unfinished. According to ex-Psygnosis developer Mike Clarke, the reason for this was hardware limitations of the Amiga, over faster PCs, which struggled with higher frame rates. It was felt a straight code conversion was unlikely to resolve the issue.

Christmas demo

A demo version of this game was released with a Christmas theme. The creepers wore Christmas hats onscreen, and the music and levels were Christmas-oriented. This demo only had three levels to complete.
