Perilous Pit

Perilous Pit is a 1-player arcade game for the Dragon 32/64.

Deep underground in the diamond mines roams the dreaded Orbis and friends, who are bent on stopping the attempts of Boris the Miner to fill his truck with diamonds. Boris can move laterally and jump between platforms. Moving platforms can only be entered from above. On each screen there are three diamonds that Boris must collect one at a time and bring to the rail truck at the top of the screen. When all three diamonds are collected, Boris moves to the next of four levels. The Orbis initially doesn't move, but when Boris jumps, it begins to chase him. The player can move off the edge of the wrap around screens. Boris starts with three lives.
