After defeating, er... Docktre Lite's... six robots that were reprogrammed by the villainous, uh... Docktre Willey... in, um... Meegah Mem, it seemed like the world was safe. But it was not to be. Docktre Willey has escaped from prison and is madder than ever, this time creating eight new, er... "robat mestrs" of his own to take over the world and crush, ah... Meegah Mem! Is the world doomed?

Meegah Mem 2 is a parody of the NES classic Mega Man 2, deliberately made into a cacophony of annoying music, graphics right out of MS Paint, and gameplay that might make players pine for the original game much sooner than anticipated. In this game, Metil mem, Are Mem, Bubbil Mem, Kwik Mem, Kresh Mem, Flehs Mem, Heet Mem and Wud Mem are Docktre Willey's eight prize creations that have been sent to take over the world. As Meegah Mem defeats these bosses, he can steal their powers and use them for himself. Each Robat Mestr is weak against another's weapon, and through experimentation, Meegah Mem can gain the upper hand by using the weapon they're vulnerable against. Sounds like something you've seen before, right?
