Poppy's Nightmare

Poppy's Nightmare is a 2D side-scroller shoot'em up where a little girl fights her nightmares!

In Poppy, there is a progressive evolution of the things you can do throughout the game. You will travel marvelous worlds full of charming creatures who scare you that you are to fight. There are many of them! Spiders, dogs, dogs with planes, more spiders… but you, a girl who’s fighting her nightmares, have a much stronger desire to overcome. There are also a final challenge throughout the levels and scenarios that will set ready your skills, using all of your abilities, upgrades, and skills in order to advance and collect as many points as possible, which are features in the best form possible: Candy!

Join us on a Journey full of emotion and colorful art, where it is a pleasure both to play and watch other people play. A game that the pace and difficulty will ramp up with your skills, making this a truly phenomenal game to play for all ages.## About the development team:

The game was developed by 2nd Year students at DigiPen Institute of Technology Europe - Bilbao, in an 8-month project as part of their academic curriculum. The game was made without the usage of a premade engine in C++.
