Dungeons and Dragons
Description
In Dungeons and Dragons the player takes on the role of a hero that goes into a dungeon to recover a treasure. The player wins if the player manages to exit the dungeon with the treasure, and loses when the player runs out of hitpoints. The player starts with 13 hitpoints. The treasure is located at the center of a 15x15 grid. Twelve dragons are also placed in predetermined locations on the grid. The player starts at a random position and is assigned a random ending position. When moving between tiles the player may encounter a monster which costs the player a random amount of hitpoints, good luck charms which restore some hitpoints, and secret passages which teleport you to another space in the grid.
When encountering a dragon, the player has to play a little mini-game where the dragon will think of two numbers. Given one, the player must guess if the other is higher or lower than the given number. If the player is correct, some hitpoints are again restored.
All events are printed using the printer accessory for the TI-59 calculator.
