Ian Livingstone's Deathtrap Dungeon: The Interactive Video Adventure
Description official description
Ian Livingstone's Deathtrap Dungeon: The Interactive Video Adventure is an interactive fiction game based on the Fighting Fantasy gamebook originally released in 1984.
British actor Eddie Marsan appears as a narrator and guide. The game is presented as a video stream and every so often Marsan will present choices to the player which then guide the narrative. There are nearly five hours of video footage. A musical score accompanies the action.
The game uses the same Skill, Stamina and Luck attributes as the original gamebook. Stamina represents the player's life force; if it is reduced to zero the game ends. Save states are recorded on a dungeon map; you can continue from these if you die or decide to go back and make a different choice.
