Description official description
Violet Detector is the "16.5th" entry in the multi-title Touhou series, with the vertically scrolling 'bullet hell' shooter gameplay having influence from games like Impossible Spell Card. This time, the main heroine is Sumireko Usami, a psychic teenager trapped in nightmares. Her goal? She wants photograph the danmaku (bullet patterns) to share on social media. This puzzle/bullet hell hybrid is similar to the previous photography shmup hybrids in the same series, Shoot the Bullet and Double Spoiler.
