I don't know if this is an artifact of a previous submission policy, but All-Star '00 and '01 list the N64 and GBC as two platforms for the same game, while '99 lists only the N64 despite a version being released for the GB. '99 GB is obviously very pared down, but so are the GBC versions (create a player, for instance, is removed).

And BTW if a split is needed I am probably the wrong person to write anything for them.

Cases like this where there's major differences between platforms can and should be split. The trouble is, most people don't really care enough about sports games to actually do it...

I really don't care much for sports games but I've written a handful of descriptions for them. If you can get enough information about key features and modes and such to fill a paragraph or two, that's probably good enough. :)

Yeah you can probably use the descriptions of 00 and 01 as a template and primarily change the name, number of teams and game modes in accordance to the 99 edition.

There's still dozens if not hundreds of GameBoy/Colour/Advance games that need to be split from their console counterparts. I guess in the early days we weren't so strict about it.

Well this does sound like a project... to add to the list of all those other projects. Hm.
