I can't find any info that supports a win 3.1 version.

System requirements according to two different eBay listings and an Amazon listing are: Windows 95, 486, 66MHz or Pentium, 8MB,640x480x256, 2x CD-ROM drive (4x highly recommended), 10MB hard drive space,8 bit audio, printer recommended.

Box art closeups online simply say Win/MAC CD

I do not own the game however, so I can't confirm the files. Since I don't definitively have the disc, I didn't want to submit a correction, but I thought I'd ask if others had it or could find any more info.
