Has anyone played the demo (the one that I've is sealed and all) and should not this also be included in the Demo Versions Group?

Only those demo versions are allowed on MobyGames that include content not featured in the full product (such as exclusive locations, missions, dialogue, etc.)
--> If it contains exclusice content, it is allowed

I am not sure what it is, because the one that I got is still sealed after all those years. Most likely it is just one mission and an explore mode or something. Anyone played the demo?

Comparing this walkthrough of the demo with this walkthrough of the first level I can't see any differences.

If it doesn't contain unique content, you can still submit the covers for this game pages indicating it's a demo version.
